What we collect
Your name, phone number and delivery addresses when you create an account or place an order. Your location, when you allow it, to show nearby pricing and delivery estimates. Order and browsing activity on Cropso, so we can show what's in stock near you and what you've bought before.
How we use it
To place, confirm and deliver your orders, and to let you track them. To show you relevant products and pricing, and to improve the catalogue over time. To send order updates and, if you've opted in, offers by SMS or WhatsApp. We do not sell your phone number or order history to manufacturers, dealers or anyone else.
Who we share it with
The manufacturer or warehouse fulfilling your order, and our delivery partner, receive only what's needed to get the order to you — name, address and phone number. Payment details are handled directly by our payment processor; Cropso never stores your card or UPI credentials.
Your choices
You can review and edit your saved addresses and profile from Account at any time. You can opt out of promotional SMS and WhatsApp messages while still receiving order updates. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, write to privacy@cropso.in — we respond within 30 days.
Data retention and security
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, warranty and dispute purposes, and delete account data on request once no active order or legal obligation depends on it. Data is encrypted in transit and access to it is limited to the staff who need it to do their job.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll notify you by SMS or in-app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Cropso after that means you accept the updated policy.
