Pricing

Farmer prices shown on Cropso are the manufacturer's printed price plus our flat, disclosed fee — never a hidden margin. Retailer prices are tiered by order quantity and shown before checkout. Prices can change between browsing and checkout if the manufacturer revises them; the price at the time you place the order is the one you pay.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds (for online payment) or once our team confirms it (for invoiced retailer settlement). We reserve the right to cancel an order that fails a stock or fraud check, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

Delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout and in Track order are estimates based on the manufacturer's warehouse and your delivery address, not a guarantee. Someone must be available to receive the order at the address given; repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to the warehouse and refunded, minus return freight.

Returns and warranty

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, except seed and treated-seed products, which cannot be returned once the batch seal is broken. A product that arrives damaged, expired or materially different from what was ordered is replaced or refunded in full — contact us with the order ID and photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Manufacturer warranty, where one applies, is honoured directly by the manufacturer under the terms printed on the pack; Cropso will connect you to the right manufacturer contact if you need to make a claim.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your phone number and OTP access secure — an order placed from your verified account is treated as authorised by you. Retailer accounts are subject to a verification step before bulk pricing and invoiced settlement are enabled.

Limitation of liability

Cropso's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for crop loss or yield outcomes arising from product use — agronomy guidance is advisory, and label instructions govern actual application.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
